Returns

Why would you want to live with something you’re not completely happy with? We wouldn't.

For items purchased from the website

You may want to live with your purchase for a little while, mull it over for our 7 day return period, but we're pretty sure you'll know straight away whether you're happy. If you're not smiling just contact us at the earliest possible opportunity and we'll make arrangements for the return. You'll get a full refund and we'll pay the return delivery costs. You'll be happy and we'll still be friends.

Please treat your artwork with respect during this period as they are always loved by someone and we can’t refund against damaged items.

Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from delivery destinations outside Mainland UK.

For items purchased from any other source

If you’ve purchased from one of the fine art fairs or other exhibitions we attend you’ll have the same 7 day return period and full refund. However, all return costs must be met by yourself.

Warranty

Neither New British Artists nor the Artist give any warranty as to the durability of any item of work.

Copyright

The sale of any item of work does not include any intellectual property rights relating to it. All copyright and other rights shall remain with the Artist. The Artist asserts his/her moral right to be identified as the "author", both generally and in relation to any public exhibition of his/her work. The reproduction of items of work you have purchased (including the reproduction of photographs of such items other than for limited private use) is not permitted. If you’d like any further clarification please let us know.
